100 E Series Porcelain Multilayer High RF Power Capacitors (MLCs)
Features:
- Extended WVDC up to 7200 VDC
- Available with Encapsulation Option*
- Proven RF Power Performer from ATC
Functional Applications:
Bypass, Coupling, Tuning, Impedance Matching and DC Blocking
Circuit Applications:
HF/RF Power Amplifiers, Transmitters, Antenna Tuning, Plasma Chambers, MRI Coils and Medical Equipment
* ATC offers an encapsulation option for applications requiring extended protection against arc-over and corona. For leaded styles only.
Electrical Characteristics:
- Capacitance Range: 1 pF to 5100 pF
- High Q > 10,000 (1.0 pF to 1000 pF) @ 1 MHz; >10,000 (1100 pF to 5100 pF) @ 1 KHz
- Rated Voltage: up to 7200 WVDC
- TCC +90 +/-30 PPM/°C (-55°C to +125°C)

* DWV: 1 pF to 750 pF: 120% of rated WVDC for 5 secs. 820 pF to 2200 pF: 150% of rated WVDC for 5 secs. 2700 pF to 5100 pF: 250% of rated WVDC for 5 secs.
